To build apartments in a new district in Gothenburg

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with AF Projektutveckling and housing developer OBOS Kärnhem, to build apartments in Mölndal, south of Gothenburg. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately MSEK 125, excluding VAT.

Brf Prefekten consists of 83 apartments, a courtyard with a greenhouse, growing areas, boules courts and a play area. The apartments will vary in size from one to four rooms with a mix of large terraces and balconies. The total area is 7,500 square meters including a basement with communal gym. The project is part of the new district Pedagogen Park.

Construction is set to start in the spring of 2022, and the project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
