MANDATE ANNOUNCEMENT AND FIXED INCOME INVESTOR CALLS

Axactor SE, rated B1/B by Moody’s/S&P (Positive/Stable), has mandated Arctic Securities, DNB Markets and Nordea as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing 30 August 2021. An up to EUR 300 million 5-year senior unsecured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The potential bond issue will be rated by Moody’s and S&P.
