To build apartments and office buildings outside Malmö

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with the real estate company Trianon for the construction of Kvarteret Hanna in Arlöv outside Malmö. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, and has a value of approximately MSEK 266 excl. VAT.

The project includes the construction of 111 apartments and office buildings, divided into four buildings at varying heights. One of the buildings has fifteen floors with a viewing area at the top. The building will be a landmark in the area. Total area is about 15,000 square meters.

- This is Betonmast's second housing project in Arlöv. The neighborhood will be a hub in a growing district, and we look forward to being part of that development, says Jørgen Evensen, CEO of Betonmast.

Construction will start during the first quarter of 2022. The project will be completed during the fourth quarter of 2024.
