Restricted share unit programs – dividend reinvested

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements concerning programs of restricted share units for employees in XXL. According to the terms of these programs, an amount equal to the dividends distributed on the number of shares comprised by the programs shall be reinvested into new restricted share units that are allocated to the participants in the programs.

A dividend of NOK 0.99 per share was paid out to the XXL shareholders today, Friday 24 September 2021. As a consequence of such distribution, one of the primary insiders in XXL has been allocated additional restricted share units:

- Magnus Kreuger, Managing Director Austria, has been allocated xxx additional restricted share units. See attachment for further details.
