To build parking garage and office in Gothenburg

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Volvo for the construction of a parking garage and office premises at Hisingen in Gothenburg. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately MSEK 350 million excl. VAT.

The project includes the construction of a new parking garage, as well as an office building with a workshop. The project is part of Campus Lundby on Hisingen, where Volvo plans to gather its offices and the development and test businesses.

- This is our third project for Volvo. We are looking forward to another project at Hisingen, and to a good collaboration with Volvo, says CEO Jørgen Evensen in Betonmast.

The construction will start in the fourth quarter of 2021 with estimated completion in the first quarter of 2023.
