Buyback of own shares for employee share purchase program

As announced on 22 September 2021 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 400 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 22 September through 28 September the company bought 42 600 shares at an average price of NOK 184.23. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 89 721 treasury shares.
