Buyback of own shares for employee share purchase program

As announced on 22 September 2021 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 400 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 29 September through 6 October the company bought 69,600 shares at an average price of NOK 184.53. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 112,200 shares at an average price of NOK 184.42 since 22. September.

After these transactions, the company owns 159,321 treasury shares.
