Ends buyback of own shares for employee share purchase program

As announced on 22 September 2021 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 400 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 7 October through 11 October the company bought 34,676 shares at an average price of NOK 185.86. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has from 22 September through 11 October bought a total of 146,876 shares at an average price of NOK 184.76.

After these transactions, the company owns 193,997 treasury shares.

The company hereby ends buyback of own shares for the employee share purchase program.
