Notification of Interest - Schibsted

Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 1 November 2021 disposed of 8,078,856 voting rights in Schibsted ASA (SCH) following a transfer of voting discretion to various beneficial owners of the instrument. After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 109,420,685 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 9.32% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.

Also on 1 November 2021, Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (“BGO”) a wholly owned subsidiary of BG & Co, acquired an additional 336,320 voting rights. After the transaction BGO holds a total of 58,913,444 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 5.02% of the votes. To ensure clarity, this figure of 58,913,444 (5.02%) voting rights is included in the total number of voting rights described above for BG & Co.
