Building office building in Hamar

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has entered into a contract with Utstillingsplassen Eiendom AS to build an office building in Hamar. The contract is a turnkey contract with a value of approximately NOK 268 million, excluding VAT.

The Sverdrupsgate 47 project involves building an 8-storey office building with a total gross area of approx. 13,000 square metres. The building will be BREEAM certified as Excellent and will comply with an A-grade energy rating and passive house standard for commercial buildings.

Construction is estimated to start in Q4 2021 and will take close to two years.
