Multiconsult ASA - Share buyback - programme completed

Multiconsult ASA - Share buyback - programme completed

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) announced on 1 October 2021 a non-discretionary

agreement with ABG Sundal Collier for the repurchase of up to 275,000 of its

ordinary shares in the market in connection with its employee share purchase

programme in 2021.

From 10 November 2021 until 12 November 2021, Multiconsult ASA has purchased a

total of 38,612 own shares at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 156.5548 per

share.

The buyback programme has now been completed.
