Multiconsult initiates share buyback in connection with employee share purchase programme

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) initiates a share buyback programme in connection

with its employee share purchase programme in 2021.

Multiconsult has from 22 November 2021 put in place a non-discretionary

programme (the "Program") for the repurchase of up to 175.000 of its ordinary

shares (the "Shares") for a total value of up to NOK 35.000.000. This share

buyback programme is in addition to the programme announced completed on the 16

November 2021, resulting in Multiconsult currently owning 290,986 own shares

(1.06% of the share capital).

The Shares will be repurchased in accordance with the authorisation given by

Multiconsult's AGM on 19 April 2021. The Program will be managed by ABG Sundal

Collier, which will make its trading decisions in relation to the Shares

independently of, and uninfluenced by Multiconsult. Please note this may result

in Multiconsult buying shares through periods where the company otherwise would

have been restricted.

The Program will be in force from 22 November 2021 until the earlier of the

maximum number of shares as set out above has been acquired, and 10 December
