Multiconsult ASA - Share buyback- programme completed
Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) announced on 22 November 2021 a non-discretionary
agreement with ABG Sundal Collier for the repurchase of up to 175,000 of its
ordinary shares in the market in connection with its employee share purchase
programme in 2021.
On 1 December 2021, Multiconsult ASA has purchased a total of 15,300 own shares
at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 154.1234 per share.
The buyback programme has now been completed as the number of shares needed for
the employee share purchase programme in 2021 has been reached.

Multiconsult owns a total of 404,052 own shares, corresponding to 1.47% of
Multiconsult's share capital.
