To build apartments in central Malmö
Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with the real estate developer Rikshem for the construction of 260 apartments in central Malmö. The contract, which is a turnkey contract, has a value of approximately SEK 270 million excl. VAT.
The project includes the construction of 260 apartments in two buildings with underlying garage facilities. The total area is about 14,000 square meters. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.

Construction will start during Q1 2022 with expected completion Q1 2024.
