Axactor SE – Intention to convert legal form from a SE-company into a Norwegian ASA

(Oslo, 17 February 2022) Axactor SE (Axactor, OSE: ACR) intends to convert its legal form from a SE-company into a Norwegian ASA.

The conversion will not lead to a change of legal entity and the company will for all practical purposes continue to be governed by the legislation applicable to Norwegian public limited liability companies.

The Board of Directors has today given its approval of the conversion plan for the conversion into a Norwegian ASA.

The conversion will require approval by the general meeting of the company and will be included as part of the agenda for the upcoming annual general meeting of the company to be held on 21 April 2022.

The summon to the annual general meeting as well as the conversion plan will be published on 31 March 2022 and be found on the company’s website www.axactor.com.

The listing of the company’s shares on Oslo Børs will not be affected by the conversion.
