Constructio AS (related party to Kristian Holth, board member in AF Gruppen ASA (“AF Gruppen ASA” or the “Company”) and board member in Constructio AS) has today, February 21, 2022, purchased 276,275 shares at an average price per share of NOK 196. Constructio AS owns 15,044,381 shares in AF Gruppen ASA after this trade. Flygind AS (also related party to Kristian Holth) continues to own 1,021,509 shares in AF Gruppen ASA. The two companies now own a total of 15.04 % of the total number of shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen ASA, thus also disclose that they hold above 15% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.
