New CFO of ADS Maritime Holding Plc

ADS Maritime Holding Plc (“ADS” or the “Company”) announces that Dagfinn Andersen is appointed as new CFO of the Company. Dagfinn Andersen has more than 36 years working experience from different positions within IT and finance, of which 20 years with the ADS/OSM Group. Dagfinn Andersen acted as the Company’s CFO when listing in 2018.
Dagfinn will succeed Ben Boiling who will take up the position as CFO of Norse Atlantic ASA.
Ben has made a significant contribution in his time with ADS and we would like to thank him for his dedication and positive impact on the business. We wish Ben all the best with his new opportunity.
