The duration of the repurchase programme: 24 February to 31 March 2022

Size of the repurchase programme: Up to 200,00 B-shares; around NOK 41 million

based on the closing price on 23 February 2022 and 200,000 shares

For the period 3 March until 7 March 2022, Schibsted has purchased a total of

83,500 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 226.5286 per share.

Schibsted has now completed the buyback programme.

related to Schibsted's employee share saving plan and long-term incentive plans

last week, Schibsted owns a total of 250,523 own B-shares, corresponding to

0.11% of the share capital in Schibsted. Schibsted does not own any A-shares.
