The Board of Directors of ADS Maritime Holding Plc (“ADS” or the “Company”) has approved the 2021 audited Annual Report. There were no changes to the consolidated annual financial statements compared to those presented in the Company’s unaudited fourth quarter and preliminary full year 2021 interim report published on 18 February 2022.
