To build homes in Toten

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has signed a contract with Sulland Eiendom AS and Nordbo Mjøsa AS for the construction of 74 apartments in Toten. The contract has a total value of approximately NOK 240 million, excluding VAT.

The project consists of a total of 74 apartments across five low-rise blocks, in addition to three terraced houses, with underground parking under some of the buildings. The estimated total gross area is 10,300 m2.

Construction is scheduled to begin during the first half of 2022 and the project is due to be completed in the second half of 2024.
