The board of directors has decided in its meeting today to propose the following

dividend payment to be resolved by the annual general meeting on 7 April 2022.

Dividend amount: NOK 6.00 per share

Declared currency: NOK

Last day including right: 7 April 2022

Ex-date: 8 April 2022

Record date: 11 April 2022

Payment date: On or around 21 April 2022

Date of approval: 7 April 2022

The dividend payment is conditioned upon approval by general meeting in the

company, summoned to be held on 7 April 2022. See further information about the

background for the dividend included in the notice for the general meeting
