Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Contemplating Senior Unsecured NOK Bond Issue

Schibsted ASA, rated BBB/Stable by Scope Ratings, has mandated DNB Markets and SEB as joint bookrunners to investigate the opportunity to issue one or more NOK senior unsecured bond issues. Subject to market conditions, bond issues with tenors of 5-7 years may follow.
