Komplett ASA: Share capital increase completed

Oslo, 5 April 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by

Komplett ASA ("Komplett") on 4 April 2022, regarding the completion of its

acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares in NetOnNet AB ("NetOnNet")

from SIBA Invest Aktiebolag ("SIBA Invest") (the "Transaction").

The share capital increase relating to the issuance of 35,242,424 new shares to

SIBA Invest as part of settlement of the Transaction has been registered with

the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

SIBA Invest subscribed for the new shares, which will be issued in Euronext

Securities Oslo (VPS) on the temporary and unlisted ISIN NO0012490020, pending

publication of a listing prospectus for listing of the shares (following which

the shares will be transferred to ISIN NO0011016040 and listed on the Oslo Stock

Exchange).

The new share capital of Komplett ASA is NOK 42,999,031.60, divided into

107,497,579 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
