To build office and refrigerated warehouse in Bømlo

Helgesen Tekniske Bygg, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Bremnes Fryseri AS in connection with the construction of a new office and refrigerated warehouse in Kvednavikjo in Bømlo municipality. The contract is a turnkey contract with a value of approximately MNOK 120 excl. VAT.

Bremnes Fryseri AS will expand its capacity with a new extension in connection with existing buildings, at Bremnes Seashore's factories and head office in Bømlo. The project consists of a freezer, refrigerator, storage area and a new modern office building on 3 floors.

Total building mass is about 6,000 m2.

Construction work will start in the second quarter of 2022 with planned completion in the third quarter of 2023.
