Sandefjord, 19 April 2022: The date of the annual general meeting has been moved

to 2 June 2022 and, as a consequence, the key dates for the dividend proposed by

the board of directors will change accordingly:

Last day including right: 2 June 2022

Ex-date: 3 June 2022

Record date: 7 June 2022 (corrected)

Payment date: within 23 June 2022

Date of approval: 2 June 2022
