Key information relating to the proposed cash dividend to be paid by Komplett ASA

Sandefjord, 10 May 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange release

published by Komplett ASA today, regarding the board's proposal that no dividend

is to be paid for 2021 in order to reduce the planned share issue.

As a consequence, the key information relating to the cash dividend, herein the

last day including right, ex-date, record date and payment date, published in

the stock exchange release on 19 April 2022, is no longer valid.
