Komplett ASA: Flagging - Annual General Meeting 2 June 2022

Sandefjord, 25 May 2022: In connection with the annual general meeting of

Komplett ASA to be held 2 June 2022, the chair of the board of the directors,

Nils K. Selte, has received proxies without voting instructions for a total of

43 326 952 shares, corresponding to 40.3 per cent of Komplett's share capital.

In addition, Nils K. Selte controls 420,473 shares in Komplett, corresponding to

0.4 per cent of the share capital. This means that for the annual general

meeting on 2 June 2022, Nils K. Selte controls a total of 40.7 per cent of the

share capital in Komplett ASA.

The authorisations only apply to the general meeting on 2 June 2022.
