As announced on 3 June 2022 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 300 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 7 June through 10 June the company bought 70,700 shares at an average price of NOK 167.22. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 220,454 treasury shares.
