options in the company share at an average price of NOK 0.96 per call option.

The strike price is NOK 6.00 on 22 June 2023 and will be settled in cash. After

this transaction he controls 300,000 call options and 1,710,000 shares in the

company.

Vibeke Ly, Chief of Staff of Axactor ASA, has on 22 June 2022 purchased 70,000

shares in the company at an average price of NOK 5.37 per share. After this

transaction she controls 203,750 shares in the company.

Nina Mortensen, CFO of Axactor ASA, has on 22 June 2022 purchased 65,000 shares

in the company at an average price of NOK 5.47 per share. After this transaction

she controls 160,000 shares in the company.
