Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 24 June 2022 disposed of 74,028 voting rights (attaching to A and B-shares) in Schibsted ASA (SCH). After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 117,406,150 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 9.997% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.

The above includes 59,086,074 (5.03%) voting rights held by Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (“BGO”) a wholly owned subsidiary of BG & Co.
