Statt Torsk ASA - notification of PDMR trade

Statt Torsk ASA (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in connection with share subscriptions in the private placement announces earlier today (the “Private Placement”):

(*) Orinoco AS, a company controlled by the chairman of the Board, Nicolas Brun-Lie, has subscribed for 5,000,000 shares, following registration of the capital increase Orinoco AS will hold 42,400,000 in the Company. Orinoco AS has further entered into a share lending agreement to make available for settlement purposes 12,200,480 shares in connection with the Private Placement.

(*) TD Veen AS, a company associated with member of the Board, Øyvind Schanke, has subscribed for 2,500,000 shares, following registration of the capital increase TD Veen AS will hold 19,025,000 in the Company.

(*) Medvode AS, a company controlled by CEO, Gustave Brun-Lie, has subscribed for 500,000 shares, following registration of the capital increase Medvode AS will hold 15,680,000 in the Company.

(*) Mami Holding AS, a company controlled by member of the Board, Marianne Kveldstad, has subscribed for 350,000 shares, following registration of the capital increase Mami Holding AS will hold 2,170,000 in the Company.

(*) Bjug Borgund AS, a company controlled by CFO, Bjug Borgund, has subscribed for 100,000 shares, following registration of the capital increase Bjug Borgund AS will hold 6,150,000 in the Company.
