Statt Torsk ASA – new share capital registered

Statt Torsk ASA (the “Company”) refers to the announcement of 29 June 2022 in relation to the successfully placed private placement (the “Private Placement”), raising NOK 41.3 million in gross proceeds, through allocation of 20,650,480 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 2 per share (the “New Shares”).

The Company hereby announces that the share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company’s share capital is NOK 18,676,318.70 divided into 186,763,187 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
