ADS Maritime Holding Plc: Update on sale-leaseback transaction

ADS Maritime Holding Plc (the "Company") has informed the market that it has subscribed for a 20 % stake in three LR 2/Aframax tankers in a sale-leaseback deal, which was expected to be concluded shortly (the "Transaction"). The Company has been notified by the deal manager that the seller has withdrawn from the Transaction. These surprising turn of events, entail that the Transaction will not come to a close. While the Company regrets the termination of the Transaction, this enables the Company's pursuit of other investment opportunities.
