ADS Maritime Holding Plc: Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by ADS Maritime Holding Plc (the "Company") dated 22 July 2022 regarding the successful placement of 47,619,048 new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 100 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has been registered with the relevant Cyprus register. The new registered share capital of the Company is USD 14,201,869.60 divided into 71,009,348 validly and legally issued and fully paid up shares, each with a par value of USD 0.20.
