Ends buyback of own shares for employee share purchase program

As announced on 14 September 2022 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 150,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

Today 26 September 2022 the company bought 4,674 shares at an average price of NOK 56.5729. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 150,000 shares at an average price of NOK 58.1389 since 15. September.

After these transactions, the company owns 954,670 treasury shares.

The company hereby ends buyback of own shares for the employee share purchase program.
