Disclosure of large shareholding

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran") has on 21 October 2022 lent out 3,000,000 shares in Mowi ASA ("Mowi"). Geveran also has a total return swap agreement with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi, which expires on 6 December 2022 (as reported in the stock exchange announcement on 6 September 2022). In total, Geveran currently has 5,000,000 shares under share lending, resulting in Geveran holding (net of the lent shares) a total of 69,289,287 shares and votes in Mowi, equal to 13.4 per cent of the issued share capital of Mowi. Following the share lending, total return swap and shares owned, Geveran's total financial exposure in Mowi remains unchanged at 78,289,287 shares representing 15.1 per cent.
