Mowi enters into a share purchase agreement to acquire a majority share in Arctic Fish

With reference to MOWI’s announcement:

MOWI has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51.28% of the shares in Arctic Fish for a price of 115 NOK per share.

The transaction is subject to consent by the EU commission and certain other closing conditions.
