Disclosure of large shareholding

Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran") has on 10 November 2022 taken delivery of 5,000,000 shares in Mowi ASA ("Mowi") that has been lent out. As a result, Geveran holds a total of 74,289,287 shares and votes in Mowi, equal to 14.4 per cent of the issued share capital of Mowi. Geveran also has a total return swap agreement with underlying exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi. With the total return swap and shares owned, Geveran's total financial exposure in Mowi remains unchanged at 78,289,287 shares representing 15.1 per cent.
