Komplett ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Sandefjord/Oslo, 16 November 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange

notice by Komplett ASA (the "Company") on 15 November 2022 regarding the

successfully placed private placement of 67,800,000 new shares in the Company

(the "Private Placement").

The following primary insiders in the Company were allocated shares in the

Private Placement:

* Jo Lunder (Chair of the Board of Directors) has, through his wholly owned

company Cigalep AS, been allocated 146,445 shares in the Private Placement;

* Lars Thoresen (Board Member) has, through his wholly owned company LT Invest

AS, been allocated 146,445 shares in the Private Placement;

* Lars Olav Olaussen (CEO) has, through his wholly owned company R og L Invest

AS, been allocated 16,949 shares in the Private Placement;

* Krister Pedersen (CFO) has, through his wholly owned company Crit AS, been

allocated 67,797 shares in the Private Placement;

* Jon Martin Klafstad (Managing Director Komplett) has, through his wholly owned

company AS Master Trading, been allocated 33,898 shares in the Private

Placement;

* Anders Torell (Managing Director Webhallen) has, through his wholly owned

company Grand Mosse Konsult AB, been allocated 16,949 shares in the Private

Placement;

* Trine-Lise Jensen (Head of Group SC/IT Program) has, through here wholly owned

company TLJ Invest AS, been allocated 13,559 shares in the Private Placement;

and

* Kristin Hødal Torgersen (Chief HR Officer) has been allocated 10,169 shares in

the Private Placement.
