To rehabilitate and extend Mossehallen

Betonmast, a subsidiary in AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Moss Municipality for the rehabilitation and extension of Mossehallen in Moss.

The contract concerns rehabilitation of the existing swimming pool and an extension with a new 25 meter competition pool and a training pool. The total building area is approximately 6,200 m2.

The contract is drawn up as a collaborative contract, with phase 1 up to June. Start of construction is estimated for the summer of 2023, with completion in the summer of 2025.

The contract value for the execution phase is not known, but will be clarified in phase 1. When the final execution contract is signed, the contract value will be included in the order backlog. If an execution contract is agreed, the contract value is expected to exceed NOK 200 million.
