Multiconsult acquires Roar Jørgensen AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has entered into an agreement to purchase 100 per

cent of the shares of the consulting engineering company Roar Jørgensen AS based

in city of Hønefoss, Norway. With the acquisition and a new office in Hønefoss,

Multiconsult strengthens its competence and market position in an exciting

geographical area.

Roar Jørgensen currently has 38 employees with areas of expertise that includes

construction engineering, fire engineering, project administration and

architecture. The company has a strong reputation and a solid market position in

the private and in the public market.

For 2021, Roar Jørgensen recorded operating revenues of NOK 58.6 million, EBIT

of NOK 13.5 million and net profit (after tax) of NOK 10.6 million. The

consideration will be settled with cash and shares with an expected closing in

December 2022. The share price will be based on the volume weighted average

share price of Multiconsult five days consecutive trading days in the week prior

to closing. Roar Jørgensen AS will continue as a standalone subsidiary of

Multiconsult ASA.
