Commercial property development in Drammen

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has entered into a contract with Selmer Eiendom AS to build a commercial building in Drammen. The contract is a turnkey contract with a value of approximately NOK 139 million, excluding VAT.

The project encompasses the construction of a car showroom and workshop with a total, combined GFA of 12,000 m2. The goal is for the building to be certified as Very Good under the BREEAM In-Use standard.

Construction is expected to begin in December 2022, and is scheduled to take 11 months.
