For the period 12 December until 19 December 2022, Schibsted has purchased a total of 180,000 own A-shares at an average price of NOK 192.9194 per share, and a total of 220,000 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 188.4786 per share.

Following the transactions above, Schibsted has bought back a total of 400,000 shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 76,190,771 under the buyback programme.
Following the completion of the above transactions, Schibsted owns a total of 180,000 own A-shares, and a total of 860,037 own B-shares, corresponding to 0.44% of total issued shares in Schibsted.
