Statt Torsk ASA – new share capital registered

Statt Torsk ASA (the “Company”) refers to the announcement of 8 December 2022 in relation to the successfully placed private placement (the “Private Placement”), raising approximately NOK 40 million in gross proceeds, through allocation of 23,529,411 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.70 per share (the “New Shares”).

The Company hereby announces that the share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company’s share capital is NOK 21,029,259.80 divided into 210,292,598 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
