For the period 20 December until 27 December 2022, Schibsted has purchased a total of 167,400 own A-shares at an average price of NOK 189.2684 per share, and a total of 204,600 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 183.6963 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Schibsted owns a total of 347,400 own A-shares, and a total of 1,064,637 own B-shares, corresponding to 0.60% of total issued shares in Schibsted.
