Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

From 14 March through 20 March the company bought 59,816 shares at an average price of NOK 61.0487. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 165,916 shares at an average price of NOK 61.4938 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 227,422 treasury shares.
