Building an industrial park in Horten

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Horten Industripark AS for the construction of an industrial park in Horten. It involves a turn key contract valued at approximately NOK 840 million, excluding VAT.

The new landmark building in Horten Industrial Park will consist of commercial buildings and production facilities. The total GFA is approximately 45,000 m2, and the project will be certified as BREEAM-NOR 6.0 Very Good with energy class A.

The planned building will be a combined industrial and office building, and will be owned by Horten Industripark AS.

According to plans, construction is scheduled to start during Q2 2023 and has an expected construction period of 37 months. This means the project will be completed by the summer of 2026.
