To build mobility hub in Bergen

Helgesen Tekniske Bygg AS, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with Kokstaddalen 7 AS regarding the construction of the new commercial building Kokstad Mobilitetspark at Kokstad in Bergen. The agreement is a turnkey contract and has a value of NOK 287 million excl. VAT.

Kokstad Mobility Park will be a 16,500 m2 large and modern business premises with 3,900 m2 of covered outdoor space and 4,250 m2 of roof parking. The building itself was designed by SE Arkiktetur and is designed for energy-efficient solutions. When the project is over, it will house several tenants such as Kverneland Bil, Tesla Karosseriverksted, Mycar, Dekkstra, Bilbyen and Intakt.

"This is a large and exciting project for us, and we believe the mobility hub will help create synergies for existing players in the area," says Ronny Laastad, CEO of HTB.

Construction work will start in the first quarter of 2023 with planned completion in the third quarter of 2024.
