To build apartments in Trondheim

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with PWS Godhavn Utbygging for the construction of 49 apartments in Trondheim. The contract is a turnkey project with a value of approximately NOK 128 million excl. VAT.

The Byvy project consists of 49 apartments spread over three buildings with a total BRA of approx. 4,800 m2. In addition, outdoor areas will be developed.

“After a good period of interaction, we are now looking forward to the continuation of the collaboration with PWS Godhavn Development also in the execution phase of this project”, says Peter Sandrup, CEO of Betonmast.

According to the plan, construction will start during the second quarter of 2023, with expected completion in the second quarter of 2025. Commencement of the project is conditional on sufficient advance sales.
