To build commercial building in Gjøvik

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Bane Nor Eiendom and Tema Eiendom for the construction of the Parkgata construction phase 2 and 3 project in Gjøvik.

The contract is carried out in two phases, with phase 1 in conjunction with the target sum. If the target sum is achieved through phase 1, a turnkey contract is entered into for phase 2, and the contract value is entered into the order reserve. It is expected that a final contract will have a value of approximately MNOK 340 excl. VAT.

Parkgata building stages 2 and 3 include the construction of a commercial building consisting of two building bodies above a shared parking basement. Total area is 12,900 m2 BTA. The project will be certified as Very Good according to BREAAM-NOR v6.0, as well as energy label A.

"Betonmast knows the Gjøvik market well from previous projects. We are pleased to be able to realize a new and large business project in the city together with a developer we know well from before", says Peter Sandrup, CEO of Betonmast.

Construction is estimated to start in autumn 2023 with completion in spring 2025. Commencement of the project is conditional on sufficient advance sales.
